Processing Time
Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are fulfilled promptly. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Standard ground delivery is available for most orders. Orders of 100 lbs or more ship via freight carrier.

Delivery Areas
We ship within the United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, contact us for availability and shipping rates.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking email within 1 business day of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 5 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
For lost shipments, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we'll work with the carrier to locate your order or issue a replacement.
